Join us on for a special session of the Grounding on A Choice of Identity.

Led by Ust. Shad Imam, we will examine the Muslim identity in America, especially when we find our values unrepresented and event ostracized by the American government and society.

From the war on terror to the devastation in Palestine, how can reconcile our Muslim identify with our American reality?

Featuring a talk and discussions, the event will begins promptly at 8:00 after Magrib prayer prayer and takes place in Qawha Cafe.

About Ust. Shad Imam

Ust. Shad Imam is married with 4 children and lives with his family in Sterling, VA. He obtained his MBA from the University of Maryland in May of 2007 with a concentration in Organizational Management and Strategy. He has studied the Islamic Sciences under Imam Mohamed Magid & Dr. Sherman Jackson.  Ust. Shad is a decades long member of the ADAMS Center community and conducts regular lectures in the Northern Virginia Area.
