Join us as we prepare for Ramadan with this special session of the of the Grounding on Reaching for Ramadan: Running Towards the Gates of Mercy
Led by Ust. Saad Omar, the holiest month of the year is almost upon us. But preparation for the arrival of a distinguished guest does not begin when it is at our doorstep, rather it must take place long before.
And preparing for Ramadan is not a passive exercise in waiting, it is an active process of readying our body, mind, and spirit. So how can we actively and productively prepare for Ramadan? How can we build momentum going into the sacred month? How can we build the best intentions and aspirations to start Ramadan off in the best way possible?
Featuring a talk and discussions, the event will begin at 8:30 after Isha prayer and takes place in Qawha Cafe. It is highly encouraged to buy a ticket if able to help us estimate audience size and donations are greatly appricated to help fund future events!
