The Grounding: The Food Rebellion

  • 46903 Sugarland Rd Sterling, VA 20164 USA (map)

Join us for this 2-week series as we explore how to reclaim our relationship with food through prophetic wisdom and divine connection.

Modern food culture is overwhelming, contradictory, and often spiritually hollow. From fad diets to food obsession, many of us are stuck in cycles that keep us in a constant state of stress, shame, or confusion—cycles that either ignore the Divine entirely or treat the body as an enemy to control.

But what if there’s another way?

In a world where food has become a battleground, how do we rediscover nourishment as a source of barakah and balance? How do we break the habits that keep us in survival mode and instead embrace a rhythm that reflects trust in Allah’s design?

Through engaging talks and grounded discussion, this series will offer a path back to clarity—replacing modern chaos with prophetic rhythm, restoring our body’s trust in us, and reconnecting our physical nourishment with spiritual intention.

This isn’t another diet. It’s a return.

Doors for the event open at 7:15 for coffee and connection, event starts at 7:30.

One ticket covers both weeks. Donations are greatly appreciated and help us fund future events!

Open to young professionals ages 21+, we look forward to seeing you there!
