Please join us for a special installment of our monthly UmmaTea session, open to the community, hosted by ADAMS Young Adults in partnership with the ADAMS Qurtuba Prophetic Families Conference (www.givebutter.com/pf25)! We will gather together with our beloved Imam Magid for a captivating 21+ late-night, tea-time discussion as we explore our question(s) of the month kicking off the conference: "How can we learn from the sunnah to improve relationships with our parents as adult children?”

Many of us have complicated relationships with our parents as we get older and seek to understand the best way to fulfill our obligations to our parents and also navigate the world as adults. Some of us feel disconnected from our parents on a personal level, making difficult to truly see them, and feel seen in return. Join us as we tackle this very important aspect of the Prophetic Family and Community.

Please come with a notebook, a pen, and your own water bottle. Tea and snacks will be served as usual. Please arrive on time— we will open the doors at 8:00 for tea time and then begin the main program after promptly after Magrib, insha’Allah.
