Join us for WALK AND TALK, an invigorating walking and talking social! We will meet up at Lake Fairfax for a short hike accompanied by discussions on the importance, building process, and mental health benefits of community!

Following the brief hike will be light breakfast with coffee and pastries at the picnic shelter!  Whether you are a fan of nature, community, or good food, there's sure to be something that piques your interest!  

Open to attendees ages 18+, family and friends are all invited! Registration is optional but highly encouraged and donations are greatly appreciated to support future events! We look forward to seeing you there!

Location: Lake Fairfax Picnic Shelter K in front of the lake (15 minutes away from ADAMS Sterling)
