Sunday from 10am-1pm at Burke lake park, Marina

Join us for WALK AND TALK, an invigorating walking and talking social held in collaboration with MAV Youth and DMC Latino Muslims!

We will meet up at Burke Lake Park as we complete one of Virginia’s most scenic trails: the 4.8 mile loop of Burke Lake, with an option to hike half the trail for any beginners! The walk will be accompanied by discussions on the importance, building process, and mental health benefits of community!

Following the walk will be light chai! Whether you are a fan of nature, community, or good food, there's sure to be something that piques your interest!

Open to attendees ages 18+, carpooling is high encouraged!

Registration is optional but highly recommended for updates and donations are greatly appreciated to support future events! We look forward to seeing you there!

Location: Burke lake park, Marina (enter through the main entrance and follow the signs towards the marina)
