The Grounding: The Realignment Reality

  • 46903 Sugarland Rd Sterling, VA 20164 USA (map)

Strengthen Your Community · Discover Yourself · Find Your Purpose

Join us for a transformative three-week series as we examine the frequent misalignment between our personal, professional, and communal lives with our Islamic values.

In a fast-paced world where many seek personal, communal, and professional belonging, we often find ourselves losing sight of our purpose.  We identify as Muslims, but there seems to be a disconnect between our Islamic identities with our lives in the workplace and in our communities.  Even more concerning, many of us find this disconnect spilling over into our own lives as it alters our own sense of identity and purpose.

So how can we shift this paradigm?  How can we live our lives to be completely in tune with our Islamic values grounded in purpose, faith, and mutual support?  How can we realize this change internally and implement the tools to change ourselves externally?

Comprised of an engaging lectures followed by meaningful discussions, this unique collaboration brings together new and returning speakers from RYSE Coaching, Forerunners, and the Thrive Center will explore the spiritual, emotional, and practical aspects of realigning our lives.  Together, we’ll reflect, share, and build a vision for a life guided by faith, meaningful action, and purpose.

Doors for the event open at 7:15 for coffee and connection with the main event starts at 7:30.

One ticket covers all 3 weeks and are available at the door.  Donations are greatly appricated and help us fund future events!

As a 2x Ironman 70.3 and 5x triathlon finisher, Othman’s pursuit of pushing physical and mental boundaries became contagious, inspiring even his young sons to join him in completing their own triathlons at the ages of 6 and 9, embracing the same mindset of resilience as a family.

For 20 years, Othman has delivered Khutbahs across the country focusing on aligning our purpose with the greater good of the ummah, reminding us that true leadership means serving something larger than ourselves. Through RYSE Coaching, Othman helps individuals identify their "why" and cultivate the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical fortitude to live by it. His mission is to help people RYSE beyond their limitations, live with purpose, and contribute meaningfully to the world, so that our legacy extends far beyond us, and uplifts the Ummah for generations to come.
